Our Team
Career Management at Jacksonville University is committed to empowering students by providing comprehensive guidance of professional presentation. With a focus on interview readiness, job and internship preparedness, and effective presentation skills, we offer tailored advice on professional attire and confident communication. We aim to equip students with the necessary tools (and clothing) to make a lasting impression and succeed in the competitive world of career opportunities.
How to Donate
Interested in donating professional attire? Drop your items off with Career Management located in the Student Success Center (Howard Administration Building). Our team will send all items to be dry cleaned after drop-off. We appreciate any donations that are dry cleaned prior to drop-off.
The Berwick Career Closet also accepts monetary donations. For more information on how to support monetarily please email careers@ju.edu.

Our Founders: The Berwicks
Rob Berwick- Rob has been in education for over 20 years and has been at a variety of institutions. He is currently the AVP and Registrar at Jacksonville University. Rob has held several positions in national and regional organizations and has presented on a variety of topics including technology, student success, retention, and artificial intelligence. Rob holds an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and a B.S. in Management from Keuka College. Rob is originally from Portland, Maine, and lives in St. Augustine with his wife Courtney and their two dogs Rilee and Molly.
Courtney Berwick- Courtney has been in higher education for 10 years after spending 10 years in the banking industry. She is currently the Director of Analytics and Academic Financial Planning. Courtney has held a variety of positions in education. Courtney holds an M.S. in Human Resources from American Public University and a B.S. in Business from Thomas Edison State College. Courtney is originally from King George, Virginia, and lives in St. Augustine with her husband Rob and their two dogs Rilee and Molly.
